Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and provide outstanding customer service, contributing to our mission of excellence.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Participating in inventory counts and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Operating equipment efficiently and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
