Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands to stock merchandise and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
