Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and maintain confidentiality
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcohol
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
