Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will involve collaborating with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
