Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Hours

• 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and management
• Assist with inventory management
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
