Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash-handling policies

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Capable of using store equipment and following company protocols
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
