Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory activities and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures with a focus on security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
