Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds, and operate store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
