As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork by collaborating with colleagues.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Provide feedback on product quality and assist in inventory management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Engage in store inventory counts and maintain a clean shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team setting.
