Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and keep the store neat and tidy.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
