Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure a neat shopping environment.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
