Job Description

We are currently seeking a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by handling a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide valuable feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and general cleaning procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local regulations on alcohol handling.
