Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Give feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe operation of equipment and adherence to company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
