Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow security protocols to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and team player.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
