Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will focus on providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
