Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team and providing outstanding customer service, you will contribute to the overall success of our store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Efficiently process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning tasks according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
