Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service standards are met.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashier duties, and store maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Follow procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
