Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and inviting for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capacity to use equipment such as hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in retail is a plus
