Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member where you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers following cash policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
