Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking products, cashiering, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
