Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate key competencies outlined for the role
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
