Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our vibrant team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products and inventory handling
• Adhere to cash management policies and company procedures
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Comply with company policies and maintain document security

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
