Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
