Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service and uphold the company's standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness to company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible to work independently and collaboratively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
