Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As part of the store operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with your team, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in regular store inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to uphold store security.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in providing prompt and friendly customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register accurately.
• Ability to use store equipment and handle cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Meet all requirements for handling alcoholic beverages as per local laws.
