We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From customer service to merchandising, your contributions will be key to maintaining our store's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
