Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Physical Demands

• Stocking merchandise and performing physical tasks
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk around the store

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma preferred

Education and Experience

• Retail work experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
