Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience by assisting with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your collaboration with the ALDI team and exceptional customer service will be instrumental in providing a top-notch experience for our shoppers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Store Team Member, you will:

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service and support a collaborative team environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have good communication and customer service skills
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Understand and implement company policies and procedures
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
