Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and upkeep merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to inventory management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain data confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Must meet local alcohol selling regulations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
