As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant environment for shoppers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report inventory discrepancies and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
