Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and teamwork capabilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.
