Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure it always looks its best.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products
• Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and operating equipment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
