We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays meticulously.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures and inventory management.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, bending, lifting, and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
