Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Your collaboration with colleagues will help enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate essential competencies and professionalism outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers effectively and communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on inventory, scanning errors, and product issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness to company standards and follow policies accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
