Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and ALDI's core competencies in daily tasks.
• Cashier duties, product stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide top-notch service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Capable of lifting and stocking items up to 45 pounds.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
