Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Perform cashiering, cleaning, stocking, and organizing duties
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with store inventory counts
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely
• High school diploma or equivalent
