Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work independently or in a team
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
