Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
