We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and product stocking duties.
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
