Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team will elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards
• Assist in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to company policies, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial
