Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, cashiering, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's high standards of customer service.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and address inquiries professionally.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
