Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will uphold our company's values and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash handling
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
