Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in keeping our store organized, stocked, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. From cashiering to maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
