As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies and professional skills
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain clean store displays
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
