Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P for the role
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
