Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience at ALDI.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting merchandise

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
