Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and clean, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
