Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this position, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
