Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
