Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Performing daily tasks such as stocking shelves, processing purchases, and ensuring a neat merchandise display
• Providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience
• Collaborating with team members and effectively communicating with management
• Conducting inventory counts and adhering to cash policies
• Following company policies and procedures while upholding security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
